• Individualized Medication Schedules: Tailored protocols for ovarian stimulation, particularly for women over 40, those with slightly elevated FSH, or those who are poor responders to fertility drugs. Examples of protocols we use : DHEA, Androgen/testosterone priming, Estrogen priming, Flare-up protocol, Oral-injectable combinations, Growth hormone, PRP, etc...

• Recurrent Implantation failure: We use a wide range of available options to increase embryo implantation. Examples of techniques we use are: Assisted hatching, Treatment of chronic endometritis/ureaplasma, hCG wash, Embryo Glue, Neupogen, Intra-lipis. IV Ig, Endometrial scratching, Endometrial Receptivity Assay. EMMA, ALICE, PRP, etc...

• Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI): Used for significant male factor infertility or cases of low fertilization rates. We also offer assisted hatching to address uterine implantation issues.

• Donor Egg IVF Program: Includes both altruistic donations from family members or friends and anonymous donors.

• Gestational Carrier IVF: For women with uterine abnormalities or a history of complications with carrying a pregnancy to term.

At Care Fertility Centre, we offer specialized counselling to support you throughout your fertility journey. Our experienced counsellors focus on a range of issues, including stress management, coping with depression and anxiety, enhancing relationships, making informed treatment decisions, addressing fears about injections or procedures, and managing embryo care.

Counselling is highly recommended for all couples undergoing treatment. For those entering our IVF, donor egg, or donor embryo programs, a counselling session is required before beginning treatment.
